Requirements

Requires a candidate with a three-year college education and familiarity with electronic document management systems. Must be able to coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure compliance with project documentation requirements.

Job Summary

* Assist in the implementation and maintenance of project-specific Quality
Assurance plans and document control procedures under the guidance of QA/QC
Manager or senior quality engineers.
* Control, register, distribute, and archive all incoming and outgoing project
documents (drawings, procedures, reports, technical submittals, etc.) in line
with company, client and ISO 9001 requirements.
* Maintain and update document control logs, trackers, dashboards, and
electronic document management systems (EDMS/NEAS /ACONEX).
* Coordinate with Client to understand their document management and numbering
system and implement on the project.
* Ensure proper version control of documents and prevent use of superseded or
obsolete documents.
* Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure
timely submission and approval of QA/QC documentation.
* Review vendor and subcontractor documentation for completeness and compliance
with project document requirements before submission for approval.
* Assist in preparation and compilation of QA dossiers, final documentation
packages, and handover documents.
* Support internal and external quality audits by retrieving required records
and ensuring documentation traceability.
* Track nonconformities, corrective actions, and quality records to ensure
proper documentation and closure.
* Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, processes, procedures, and
standards while performing document control activities.
* Coordinate with clients on quality-related matters, including submission of
quality documents, responses to comments, clarifications, and closure of
quality observations.

         .  Support in preparation and submission of method statements, ITPs,
quality procedures, and inspection reports to the client for approval.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain project-specific quality assurance plans and document control procedures in compliance with ISO 9001. Coordinate the registration, distribution, and archiving of all technical project documentation and ensure proper version control.
