Partner with the best As a Drilling Services Application Engineer, you will deliver flawless execution through involvement in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis. This position works seamlessly together with the Service Delivery Coordinators and other resources across organizational boundaries. It ensures all aspects and constraints of the applications are understood and have been considered. As a Drilling Services Application Engineer, you will be responsible for: Ensuring compliance with manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process. Working with the assigned Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesperson to understand the client’s well construction or production objectives. Designing well profiles and perform applications engineering task including risk mitigation plans and contingency plans, that can meet the client’s objective(s), maximize revenue potential and ensure future job assignments for Baker Hughes Working on Field Incidents related to products/services and participate in Incident Investigations when required, ensuring the end to end process. Providing sales support and product application recommendations Fuel your passion! To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field Have 7+ years of experience in oil and gas Have minimum 5 year of application engineering experience within well construction. Have previous experience with Baker Hughes as an application engineer in Well Construction. Have the ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor teams across organizational boundaries. Have the ability to be on call outside of normal business hours.
