Job Description
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Follow all workplace safety standards and report incidents or near misses.
Adhere to WI/SOPs and ensure safe work through Permit to Work (PTW), Hot Work Permit (HWP), and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout)
Maintain good housekeeping across all work areas.
Systems & Processes
Follow maintenance procedures and maintain accurate records, checklists, and logs.
Support spare parts management and ensure compliance documentation is updated.
Maintenance Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for admixture plants and support Powder & Resin plants.
Execute PM activities, attend breakdowns, and support RCA/CAPA actions.
Inspect equipment, report issues, and ensure availability of critical spares.
Support shift work and emergency maintenance when required.
Projects & MOC
Support installation, commissioning, and modification works.
Ensure contractor safety compliance and proper permit processes.
Continuous Improvement & 5S
Participate in Kaizen and improvement initiatives.
Maintain 5S standards across assigned areas.
Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation
0–2 years of experience in maintenance or fresh graduates with relevant technical training
Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or plant equipment
Understanding of safety practices such as PTW and LOTO is an advantage
Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in a team environment
Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to handle routine maintenance tasks
Flexibility to work in shifts and support emergency maintenance when required
Technical Skills
Experience in electrical, instrumentation, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Basic mechanical and plumbing knowledge with troubleshooting capability.
Additional Information
Fluent in English, Hindi and good communication skills
