Fitness Manager
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of personal trainers to achieve performance targets.
• Oversee daily gym operations with a focus on member experience and engagement.
• Develop and implement training strategies to improve fitness outcomes and retention.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure team performance aligns with business goals.
• Support sales of personal training packages and fitness solutions.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development plans for trainers.
• Promote a high-energy, accountable, and results-driven gym culture.
• Improve the member journey through personalized coaching and support.
• Collaborate with management to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Requirements :
• Proven experience in a commercial gym environment, ideally in a PT or fitness leadership role.
• Strong background in personal training and coaching delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs and performance targets.
• Experience in mentoring, developing, and managing fitness trainers.
• Strong understanding of member retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Sales awareness related to PT packages and fitness services.
• High energy, leadership presence, and strong accountability mindset.
• Strong knowledge of personal training methods, gym operations, member retention strategies, and sales processes for fitness services and PT packages.
