A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

* Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests.
* Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
* Prepare and maintain restaurant, outlet, and service areas.
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
* Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Promote menu items and apply suggestive selling techniques.
* Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth service.
* Operate POS and handle payments accurately.
* Follow hotel SOPs, food safety, HACCP, and health & safety standards.
* Assist with buffet, banquet, room service, and other F&B operations as
required.

 

What we need from you

* Minimum 1–2 years of F&B service experience, preferably in a 4-star hotel,
upscale restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.

* The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg) which can
also involve bending and kneeling 

* Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to 

* Positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent hospitality. 

* Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

* The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts 

Responsibilities

The role involves providing professional food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will also be responsible for taking orders, promoting menu items, and coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
