Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and the ability to troubleshoot ground improvement hardware and software. Experience in managing mechanical operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies is required.
Job Summary
* Manage the mob/demob of ground improvement equipment to/from projects
* Keep up to date of new developments in ground improvement equipment
* Ensure effective and safe mechanical operation and maintenance activities of
all equipment to HSE requirements respond to QHSE reports and ensure
addressed issues will be solved
* Monitor weekly performance of the workshops and the superintendents and their
subordinates
* Ensure a supportive environment and a workplace that challenges, inspires and
creates the conditions conducive to learning
* Install and troubleshoot ground improvement equipment, hardware and software
* Work according to defined policies and procedures for effective, efficient
and professional functioning of the division
* Work according to the QA/HSE requirements and procedures
* Promote and ensure compliance with Organization’s Health & Safety policies
* Actively participate to the safety program is a condition of each employee’s
employment in order to achieve safer working environment
Responsibilities
Manage the mobilization and maintenance of ground improvement equipment while overseeing workshop activities and personnel. Ensure all geotechnical operations are performed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with QHSE requirements.
