Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements.
• Ensure smooth coordination of guest flow within the restaurant.
• Assist in maintaining a positive dining experience for all customers.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure efficient table turnover.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at the reception area.
Requirements :
• Must be currently based in Dubai.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer‑facing roles preferred.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and high‑energy environment.
• Only European and Latino candidates will be considered for this role.
• Strong knowledge of guest relations, customer service, restaurant hosting and reservation systems, communication and interpersonal skills, and front‑of‑house hospitality operations.
