Employment: Full Time
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HSE Trainer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive health, safety, and environmental training programs to enhance workplace safety and compliance across various industries.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and deliver engaging HSE training sessions tailored to different audiences and industries.
– Assess training needs and create customized materials to meet organizational safety goals.
– Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with management to implement effective safety protocols and procedures.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
– Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
– Prepare training reports and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
– Proven experience as an HSE Trainer or similar role in a training environment.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
– Strong knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
– Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is highly desirable.
– Ability to develop customized training materials and conduct practical workshops.
– Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to promoting a culture of safety.
– Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
