Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Engineer to join our team specializing in lighting solutions, lighting control systems, home automation, and maintenance services. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably within the lighting, electrical, or smart systems industry, and be eager to grow their career in technical sales.
In this role, you will support the sales team in generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the successful delivery of lighting and smart systems projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and support the development of sales opportunities across lighting projects, lighting control systems, home automation solutions, and maintenance services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, developers, and end clients.
Assist in managing the sales cycle, including client meetings, preparing quotations, following up on proposals, and supporting negotiations.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
Develop a solid understanding of lighting products, lighting control systems, smart home solutions, and related technologies.
Follow up with existing clients to maintain relationships and identify opportunities for maintenance contracts and additional services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity reports for management.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Achieve assigned sales targets while continuously developing technical and commercial knowledge.
2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the lighting, electrical, home automation, or construction industry.
Must be currently based in KSA, preferably residing in Riyadh, or willing to relocate to Riyadh if based elsewhere in KSA.
Basic understanding of lighting products, lighting controls, or smart home systems is preferred.
Experience working with contractors, consultants, developers, or end clients is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
Net Salary: SAR 4,000 per month.
