Salary: up to 30K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.
Job Description:
• Develop concepts for high-rise buildings from scratch in AutoCAD, ensuring alignment with standards and coordinating with internal/external architects and draftsmen for detailed drawings.
• Evaluate feasibility reports, review and approve architectural/engineering plans, and ensure designs meet regulatory and construction standards.
• Collaborate with MEP, Structural, and ID teams to fully integrate services into the building design, ensuring end-to-end project completeness.
• Manage authority approvals (DM, DDA, Trakhees), conduct site inspections, supervise consultants, and provide technical guidance throughout the plan review and execution process.
Requirements:
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 10 years mandatory experience as an Architect with Developers/Arch Consultant and minimum 7 to 8 years in Dubai with real estate developers / consultants
• Must have PMC/PMO experience within a reputable PMC International firm
Salary:
AED 30000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
