Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Massage Therapist to join our team in Dubai. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a proven track record in manual massage therapy, exceptional client service skills, and consistently positive feedback from previous employers and clients.
The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience, excellent therapeutic techniques, and the ability to build trust with clients by delivering high-quality treatments tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
Perform professional manual massage treatments, including therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, sports, and other massage techniques as required.
Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
Maintain accurate client treatment records and progress notes.
Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a comfortable, welcoming environment.
Educate clients on aftercare and wellness recommendations.
Build long-term client relationships through excellent service.
Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in excellent condition.
Adhere to DHA regulations and company policies where applicable.
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist.
Strong expertise in manual massage therapy is mandatory.
Proven experience in therapeutic and body massage techniques.
Excellent client handling and communication skills.
Strong history of positive client reviews, testimonials, or recommendations from previous employers.
Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
High standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Relevant certifications in Massage Therapy are mandatory.
DHA eligibility or DHA license is an advantage.
Experience working in premium wellness centers, luxury spas, aesthetic clinics, rehabilitation centers, or hospitality environments.
Knowledge of multiple massage modalities.
