Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in automotive engineering and loss assessment, with a strong understanding of UAE market practices and insurance claim processes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct on-site and off-site inspections of damaged vehicles.
-Assess the extent of damages and prepare accurate, unbiased reports.
-Identify the cause of damage and verify if it’s accident-related or due to other factors (wear & tear, negligence, etc.).
-Evaluate repair estimates from workshops and ensure cost reasonableness.
-Provide professional technical opinions and reports (bilingual preferred – English & Arabic).
-Liaise with insurance companies, clients, and workshops regarding claim approvals and clarifications.
-Maintain accurate documentation, photographs, and records for each case.
-Ensure timely submission of reports and follow-ups on pending cases.
-Uphold confidentiality and ethics in all claim assessments.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Motor Surveyor or in the automotive service/repair industry in the UAE.
-Strong knowledge of accident analysis, repair procedures, and vehicle systems.
-Excellent communication and reporting skills (both verbal and written).
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office and relevant assessment/reporting software.
-Bilingual (English and Arabic) is highly preferred.
-UAE Driving License is mandatory.
-Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
