Nursing Supervisor
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise and manage daily nursing operations within the clinic.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain high clinical standards.
• Ensure safe and effective administration of IV Drip Therapy and related treatments.
• Monitor patient care procedures and maintain compliance with DHA regulations.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and operational records.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous service improvement.
Requirements :
• Valid DHA licence is mandatory.
• Proven experience in a Nursing Supervisor or senior nursing position.
• Strong hands-on expertise in IV Drip Therapy and longevity treatments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Experience in aesthetic, cosmetic, wellness, or preventive healthcare settings is preferred.
• European candidates are strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical nursing supervision, DHA healthcare standards, IV therapy procedures, and team leadership.
