Key Responsibility
Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading UAE developers.
Generate leads through networking, social media, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors.
Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and project site tours.
Stay updated on new project launches, payment plans, and market trends.
Negotiate offers and successfully close sales transactions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months UAE off-plan real estate experience.
Good knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi developers and projects.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Must currently be based in the UAE.
Target-driven and able to work under pressure.
Arabic speaking is an advantage.
Available to join immediately.
