We are seeking an ambitious individual to join the Global Payments Services Operations team in Kuwait as an Operations Associate to support the growing business and achieve divisional targets.
In this role, key responsibilities is as below:-
Support the delivery of the Payments Operations business plan, strategy and annual objectives in line with global and country requirements.
Implement the Target Operating Model (TOM), including appropriate migration, standardisation, automation and potential outsourcing of activities.
Establish and achieve goals for production quality, service quality, financial performance, operational risk and agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
Lead and support regulatory, transformation and operational change programmes, ensuring impacts are understood and effectively implemented.
Build strong relationships with business leaders, global and regional Operations teams, Risk, Technology, Transformation, auditors, regulators and other stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement and customer advocacy by improving service quality, efficiency, scalability and the overall experience of business partners.
Maintain effective operational governance, including controls, policies, procedures, business continuity, information security, compliance, supplier contracts and control-monitoring plans.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Payment Operations, including relevant products, services, systems and processes.
Understand key payment activities such as remittances, investigations, screening and charges processing.
Maintain a good understanding of Kuwait’s payment systems, operational risk and control requirements.
Apply effective problem-solving and sound judgement to resolve complex issues, including considering alternative solutions.
Communicate clearly, concisely and confidently with senior stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.
Prioritise workloads, work independently under pressure and contribute effectively within a team environment while meeting quality and timeliness expectations.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to support effective collaboration and issue resolution.
