Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage end‑to‑end interior fit‑out projects including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Oversee multiple live projects including scheduling, BOQ tracking, and cost control.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and joinery production units.
• Handle authority approvals such as DDA, Trakhees, and DEWA.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and management.
• Supervise site operations and resolve on‑site technical issues.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements :
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior fit‑out project management in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, drawings, and site execution processes.
• Experience in commercial, retail, or office fit‑out projects.
• Valid UAE driving licence required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of fit‑out project planning and execution, BOQ preparation and cost control, authority approvals and compliance processes, and site supervision and subcontractor management.
