Job Summary

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Inspector to monitor construction activities and ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site inspections for high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections to ensure construction works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor quality of civil, structural, and finishing works.
Inspect materials, workmanship, and completed activities as per project requirements.
Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Prepare inspection requests (IR), checklists, and quality reports.
Verify that works are executed as per approved method statements and ITP requirements.
Identify defects/non-conformities and report for corrective actions.
Ensure proper documentation of inspection records and quality reports.
Monitor testing activities and maintain quality records.
Assist in maintaining project quality standards and handover documentation.
Conduct routine site checks and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as QA/QC Inspector in construction projects.
Experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects preferred.
Good knowledge of civil construction inspection procedures.
Familiarity with drawings, specifications, checklists, and inspection documentation.
UAE construction experience is an advantage.
Good communication and reporting skills.
