Job Summary

Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Quality professional to lead and support our organization in achieving and maintaining the SASO Quality Mark (QM) approval, with a primary focus on ISO/IEC 17065 compliance. The role will also ensure alignment across all testing and inspection functions, including laboratories and field services, while maintaining full compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and other relevant standards. Key Responsibilities SASO Quality Mark (QM) & ISO 17065 Lead the end-to-end process for SASO Quality Mark certification, including application, audits, and compliance. Implement ISO/IEC 17065 requirements for product certification bodies. Liaise with SASO and accreditation bodies. Manage external audits and certification processes. Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight Develop and improve the integrated QMS aligned with ISO/IEC 17065 and ISO/IEC 17025. Conduct internal audits and manage CAPA processes. Laboratory & Testing Compliance (ISO 17025) Ensure labs comply with ISO/IEC 17025. Oversee calibration, validation, and quality controls. Cross-Functional Technical Support Support quality across NDT, TPI, CMT, Materials Engineering, Minerals Lab, Chemical Lab, Calibration Lab, Road Analysis, and Commodities Inspection. Ensure consistent procedures and reporting standards. Audit & Compliance Management Lead internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness. Manage non-conformities and corrective actions. Stakeholder Coordination Act as focal point with SASO, accreditation bodies, and clients. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field. Strong experience with ISO/IEC 17065 (essential). Experience in SASO Quality Mark certification process. Sound knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025. 7–10 years relevant experience. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of certification and laboratory systems. Audit and compliance management expertise. Cross-functional coordination skills.
