Summary: The Production Supervisor role is a key leadership position within our growing garment manufacturing team in Bahrain. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining efficient workflows across the production floor. Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and staff workflow
Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met
Coordinate staff attendance, scheduling, and floor discipline
Facilitate smooth communication between workers and management
Identify operational challenges and implement timely solutions
Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment
Prepare and submit regular production updates and performance reports to management
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in Bahrain
Proven experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, operations, or customer service
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
Proficient communication skills in English
Demonstrated ability to manage staff performance and daily operational tasks
Organized, proactive, responsible, and solution-focused work ethic
