SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
SHEQ Advisor for heavylift and transport projects
Safety is of paramount importance to all Mammoet operations. So our SHE-Q professionals play a mission-critical role in maintaining the highest possible standards for our colleagues, contractors, and customers around the world.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Support project SHEQ initiatives and ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring activities.
Participate in incident investigations and follow-up on corrective actions.
Facilitate Mammoet internal training and SHEQ awareness programs.
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all project activities.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of SHEQ management systems and procedures.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Expert level experience in SHE-Q regulations. Professional level experience in SHE-Q systems, HLT equipment and MS Office suite.
English, fluent proficient verbal and written
Vocational education in technical discipline
Evidence of experience in a similar role.
Associate degree in Health, Safety & Environment discipline
