Requirements

Candidates must have 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a maintenance electrician in a hotel or resort setting. A strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC and plumbing, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills is required.

Your day-to-day:

* Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in equipment and installations
* Perform repair works on wiring, panels, and electrical components
* Install and upgrade electrical systems as per safety and operational
standards
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs
* Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and
standards
* Respond to electrical emergencies such as power failures and system
breakdowns
* Coordinate with maintenance teams and engineers for effective execution of
work
* Follow strict safety procedures while performing electrical tasks
* Stay updated with industry practices, tools, and safety guidelines

What we need from you:

* Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as Maintenance Electrician in a
hotel or resort
* Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and
troubleshooting techniques
* Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
* Knowledge of safety standards and best practices within the hospitality
industry.
* Immediate availability preferred
