About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Neonatologist (Arabic Speaker) to join a leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional neonatal care in a state-of-the-art facility, working alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding outcomes for newborns and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care for newborn infants, including premature and critically ill neonates.
Diagnose and manage neonatal medical conditions, congenital disorders, respiratory distress, infections, and neonatal emergencies.
Deliver care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and newborn nursery.
Perform neonatal resuscitation and stabilization of high-risk newborns.
Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Counsel and educate parents regarding neonatal conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and international clinical standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and continuing medical education.
Requirements
MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
Specialist qualification in Neonatology/Pediatrics from a recognized institution.
Valid DOH License/Eligibility Letter or eligibility to obtain one.
Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience in Neonatology.
Experience working in a NICU and managing critically ill neonates.
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.
