Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist Pulmonologist to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The successful candidate will diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of respiratory and pulmonary disorders while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and maintaining the highest standards of medical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic respiratory diseases, including asthma, COPD, pneumonia, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary fibrosis, sleep-related breathing disorders, and other pulmonary conditions.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
Interpret pulmonary function tests (PFTs), chest imaging, arterial blood gases (ABGs), bronchoscopy findings, and other diagnostic investigations.
Perform bronchoscopic procedures and other pulmonary interventions as appropriate.
Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
Manage patients requiring respiratory support, including non-invasive ventilation and oxygen therapy.
Collaborate with intensivists, internal medicine physicians, thoracic surgeons, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families on disease management, preventive care, smoking cessation, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with DHA regulations and hospital policies.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and continuing medical education activities.
Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and ethical medical practices.
Qualifications:
Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Master’s Degree, MD, DNB, or equivalent specialization in Pulmonology/Respiratory Medicine.
DHA Eligibility Letter, DHA License, or eligibility to obtain a DHA license as a Specialist Pulmonologist.
Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred).
Fellowship or additional training in Interventional Pulmonology or Sleep Medicine is an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 3–5 years of post-specialization experience as a Specialist Pulmonologist.
Experience in bronchoscopy, pulmonary function testing, and management of critical respiratory conditions.
Previous experience in a reputable hospital or multispecialty healthcare facility is preferred.

Salary: 50000 – 55000 AED Per month
