Requirements
Requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in engineering and project management within the oil and gas sector. Candidates must hold a B.Sc. in an engineering discipline and possess strong coordination and communication skills.
Job Summary
Primary Purpose of the Job
1) Provide complete project management services for all capitalprojects assigned to him and covering all aspects of projects frominception to commissioning and handover. Ensure projects arecompleted on time, within budget in a safe manner and in accordancewith project requirements, specifications and standards.
Required Experience and Skills
1) A minimum (12) years experience in engineering, projectmanagement and execution of oil & gas projects.2) Experienced in engineering coordination with various disciplineEngineers during Feasibility and Concept Optimization Studies, FEEDand EPIC.3) Effective communication and team building skills includingpresentation, report writing and management of meetings.
Educational Qualifications
1) B.Sc. in an Engineering discipline from a recognized University;higher degree would be advantageous.2) Membership in a recognized professional engineering/projectmanagement association/institution will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Provide complete project management services for capital projects from inception through commissioning and handover. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and technical standards.
