Job Summary
Looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Stores Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and inventory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock movement, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely coordination with production, procurement, and suppliers to support smooth operational processes.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, hands-on experience in inventory management, and knowledge of ERP systems, preferably within the manufacturing or steel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily store operations and inventory control
– Handle goods receiving, material issuance, and stock updates
– Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
– Perform stock checks and resolve discrepancies
– Coordinate with production, procurement, and suppliers
– Follow up on material requirements and deliveries
– Prepare daily and monthly reports
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
– Minimum 4 years experience in manufacturing or steel industry
– Knowledge of inventory control and ERP systems
– Good coordination and communication skills
