The role
At qlub, we are constantly launching new initiatives and improving how we support our merchants and internal teams. As a Strategy Intern, you will support the Strategy team across a variety of projects, helping with research, project coordination, data analysis, and process improvements.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and learning how strategic projects are executed in a fast-growing fintech startup.
You will gain exposure to cross-functional initiatives and work closely with teams across Operations, Product, Commercial, and Finance.
Key responsibilities
Support ongoing strategic and operational projects across different teams.
Assist with project tracking, coordination, and follow-up to help initiatives stay on schedule.
Gather and analyze data to support project decisions and performance monitoring.
Conduct research and prepare findings to support new initiatives and business improvements.
Help identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts.
Assist in building simple internal tools, automations, and dashboards to improve team efficiency.
Work with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Commercial, Finance, and Account Management teams.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and progress updates.
Support ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
What are we looking for?
Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Interest in process improvement, technology, or business operations is a plus.
