Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate attendance and timesheet records for employees and workers
• Monitor daily manpower deployment and working hours
• Prepare weekly and monthly time reports for payroll processing
• Coordinate with supervisors to verify attendance, overtime, and leave records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements
• Maintain organized records and documentation
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Timekeeper in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of attendance management and timesheet preparation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines
• Experience in construction, industrial, or workforce-intensive projects is preferred
