Job Summary

JOB PURPOSE
Custodian for Emiratization strategies’ organic and nonorganic growth across the board
Manage the implementation of Emiratization programs such as Nafe’s program through entities
Review bottlenecks, develop mitigation plans, and recommend solutions to meet the Emiratization Targets
The role is only for UAE National
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the implementation of the Nafis program and monitor entities progress against the set annual intake strategy
Raise periodic reporting on Entities’ performance against the set plans
Recommend initiatives around organic and non-organic growth of Emiratization strategies across the board
Feed the talent Acquisition vertical with the Emiratization strategies, red flags, improvement areas
Work and collaborate with government stakeholders and bridge the gap to ensure an effective Emiratization program
Plan and build mitigation strategies, review bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to achieve the Emiratization objectives within the company
Understand the Emiratization legalities and make strategies accordingly within the organization
RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of 10+ years of experience in a Human Resources / Emiratization programs position within a leading regional organization in the Emiratization department.
YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION
Min of 2+ years
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in the HR division of a company with 800+ employees
Experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates across all organizational levels
Experience in management of Emiratization programs
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Existing relationships with critical third-party HR and recruiting firms
In depth knowledge of human resource management best practices
Excellent interviewing skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) to effectively engage across the different layers of the organization
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong conflict resolution skills
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is required
HR-related certificates (e.g., PHR, SPHR, etc.)

Lead and manage the implementation of Emiratization strategies and the Nafis program to meet organizational targets. Collaborate with government stakeholders and the talent acquisition team to resolve bottlenecks and drive organic and non-organic growth.
