Responsibilities
Supervision: Lead scaffolding crews in the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
Planning: Organize daily scaffolding tasks, allocate manpower, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure scaffolding activities comply with CISRS standards, project specifications, and offshore safety requirements.
Inspection Support: Coordinate with scaffolding inspectors to verify scaffold safety and rectify deficiencies.
Documentation: Maintain records of scaffolding activities, inspection reports, and safety permits.
Safety Enforcement: Enforce offshore HSE standards, PPE usage, and permit-to-work systems during scaffolding operations.
Requirements
Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Construction/Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5–7 years of offshore scaffolding experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of scaffolding design, load calculations, and offshore safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and project specifications.
Familiarity with CISRS, ISO, and NOC standards.
Certifications & Training
CISRS-OSTS Scaffolding Supervisor Certification
BOSIET / HUET (OPITO certified)
Basic H2S Training
EPCIC Project HSES Induction
