On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island
has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for
discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai
International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites,
22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently
under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the
Arabian Gulf.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager Administration
Document Control – Facilities & Engineering Administration to join
the resort’s Facilities & Engineering Administration team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

* Supports technical office general administration, assist in proof reading,
drafting, compilation and formatting reports, presentations, and briefing
documents. 
* Administers the process of accounts payable, invoices and assists with
financial forecasting.
* Streamline day-to-day administrative and documentation procedures for the
engineering and facilities department, optimizing workflows and efficiency.
* Maintains registers for inspection scheduling, warrantee exploration,
permits, calibrations certificates and statutory compliance documentation
Civil Defense, EPDA, and OSHAD/DCD.
* Management oversite of material resources acquisition, service contract
commercial compliance SLAs and the procurement of technical supplies 
* Coordinate document submissions from vendors and contractors including RAMS,
Permit to Work, service reports, and inspection certificates.
* Manage the full document control lifecycle including creation, formatting,
revision control, distribution, and secure archiving.
* Maintain master registers for all F&E documents: policies, SOPs, risk
assessments, drawings, O&M manuals, compliance records, and contractor
submissions.
* Ensure proper versioning, naming conventions, transmittal control, and
approval workflows aligned with Wynn standards.
* Track document reviews, outstanding revisions, and coordinate approvals with
Directors and suppliers, contractors and service providers.
* Support creation, formatting, and consistent branding of all department
documents.
* Digital Filing & Information Systems
* Maintain structured digital filing systems across shared drives and document
management platforms.
* Ensure documents are indexed correctly for rapid retrieval.
* Conduct periodic audits to ensure documents are current, compliant, and
aligned with operational needs.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and
qualifications:

* High school diploma required; diploma or certification in document control,
administration, or information management preferred.
* Experience as a document controller or strong administrative management
process, task coordination, planning ideally in engineering, construction, or
facilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Collaboration WEB Platforms
(SharePoint).
* Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
