Job Summary

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie – Pastry to join the culinary team at a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel on the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exquisite pastries and desserts that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to develop innovative and delicious menu offerings that delight guests and enhance their dining experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare and produce a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods in accordance with recipes and presentation standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of the pastry menu, focusing on creativity and seasonal offerings.
Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and organization within the pastry kitchen.
Supervise and train junior pastry staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene regulations.
Ensure stock levels are maintained, including ordering and inventory management of pastry ingredients.
Stay up-to-date with pastry trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a 5-star luxury hotel or equivalent environment.
Culinary qualification in pastry arts or equivalent experience.
Excellent knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation standards.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality products under pressure.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
Must be currently in UAE
