Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 6 years of HSE experience in contracting (including 3 years in the UAE), and mandatory NEBOSH and IOSH certifications. ISO auditing certifications and a Master’s degree are preferred.

Job Summary

Working as part of the HSE department on a project you will play a pivotal role
in ensuring the safety and well-being of Intermass personnel, and other
stakeholders, and additionally ensure the environmental compliance of our
construction projects across the UAE. Your responsibilities will encompass
conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, determining practical and safe
solutions with the construction team, implementing HSE policies and project
requirements, and facilitating training programs to foster a strong safety
culture to drive the improvement of HSE performance within Intermass.
Additionally, you will actively lead risk assessments, incident investigations,
and emergency response planning as necessary, identifying trends in HSE
observations and issues.
