Responsibilities:
Monitor hotel operations, service standards, guest experience, costs, and operator performance.
Review management reports, guest feedback, audits, and operational risks.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, revenue performance, and asset value.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, brand standards, safety requirements, and approved business plans.
Review and coordinate OS&E and FF&E selections, mock-ups, installation readiness, and handover.
Support capital projects and asset enhancements while minimizing operational disruption.
Coordinate with hotel operators, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare operational reports and track improvement actions through completion.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, Asset Management, Project Management, or a related field.
12+ years of relevant experience in hospitality operations, hotel asset management, operational readiness, or capital project delivery.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, SOPs, brand standards, guest experience, and quality assurance.
Experience with OS&E, FF&E, operational audits, and improvement plans.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in hotels, mixed-use developments, or large-scale destinations is preferred.
Responsibilities
The Associate Director will monitor hotel operations, service standards, and operator performance to ensure operational excellence and asset value. They will also coordinate capital projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
