Manage all HR and administrative functions across the project
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance
Ensure alignment with Saudi labor law and company policies
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and employee records
Support Saudization requirements and workforce planning
Qualifications
Saudi National (mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
7–12 years of HR & administrative experience
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices in KSA
Experience in construction or contracting sector preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Additional Information
Note: Immediate joining required
The candidate should be residing in KSA and has a valid iqama.

Compensation: SAR 20000 – SAR 25000 – monthly
