Job Summary
HSE Manager
Responsibilities
Manage the contract HSE plan and Safety Management Procedures.
Ensure compliance with client HSE policies and procedures.
Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
Manage the permit-to-work system.
Oversee HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and employee competency records.
Lead incident and near-miss investigations and corrective actions.
Prepare monthly HSE performance reports.
Support environmental compliance and energy-saving initiatives.
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the project.
Requirements
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in HSE, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in HSE management.
Experience in aviation, construction, or critical infrastructure preferred.
NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent HSE certification.
Knowledge of Qatar HSE regulations and airport safety requirements.
Strong experience in risk assessment, investigations, and HSE reporting.
Strong leadership and safety-culture development skills.
Ability to meet airport security and client compliance requirements
