Requirements

Candidates must hold a university degree in Finance or Accounting along with a professional qualification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience and proficiency in SAP and MS Excel are required.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in supervising accounting teams and coordinating daily accounting
operations.
* Maintain accurate accounting records, transactions, and supporting
documentation.
* Manage fixed assets accounting, including tracking and coordination with
relevant departments.
* Perform related-party balances reconciliation and ensure proper
documentation.
* Support monthly and year-end consolidation processes and financial closing
activities.
* Ensure accounting processes comply with IFRS standards and internal financial
policies.
* Monitor company bank accounts and financial facilities to ensure proper
control.
* Ensure financial reports and management accounts are prepared and issued
within required timelines.
* Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
* Provide recommendations to management to enhance financial controls and
operational efficiency.
* Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements.
* Ensure high standards of accuracy, compliance, and reporting aligned with
company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

* University Degree in Finance or Accounting with a professional qualification
such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent.
* 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate
environment.
* Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and
consolidation accounting.
* Knowledge of IFRS standards and financial compliance practices.
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, and other accounting
software.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an added advantage.
